ADMINISTRATION

BARBARA D. MILLER, President *

Barbara has been a child advocate for more than thirty years. She served as President of the Board of the New Jersey Committee for the Prevention of Child Abuse, Executive Director of the New Jersey Children’s Trust Fund, Executive Director of the Franklin County (Ohio) Children’s Trust Fund, and on the Board of Directors of the Association of Junior Leagues International. She was founding Chair of the Franklin County chapter of Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). She served as a member of the Ohio Governor’s Early Childhood Advisory Council, The Ohio Partnership to Build Stronger Families, and Chaired the Board of Trustees of Voices for America’s Children. Barbara is a graduate of Susquehanna University.

RUSSELL A. MILLER, Secretary-Treasurer *

Russell has more than thirty five years experience in government and nonprofit management, including twelve years as President and CEO of the League Against Child Abuse, a statewide child abuse prevention organization. He has served on the Ohio Governor’s Task Force on Family Violence and on the Board of the Ohio Children’s Trust Fund. He holds masters degrees in City and Regional Planning and Public Administration from Ohio State University.

RANDALL COBB, Chief Operating Officer *

Randy worked in the investment management business for more than twenty five years. He has served on several  boards, including Voices for Children and Families (Franklin County) and the Ohio Breathing Association. He graduated with honors in Economics and Business Administration from Principia College. Born and raised in Ohio, he lives in Columbus with his wife and two children.
